Wouldn’t it be great if every time someone asked you a question about Sarah Silverman, she magically appeared?

Hayden Panettiere was at LAX last night, returning from the VMAs in Las Vegas, when paps started asking her about Britney Spears’ performance and Sarah Silverman’s jokes. Hayden just turned around and said, “You can go ask her yourself, she’s right there!” And there she was! Neat trick!

The photog asked Silverman if she thought she was hard on Britney. “I hope not,” she said. Asked whether she thought her routine threw Britney off her game, Sarah explained, “I didn’t do any of my jokes until my performance, so it couldn’t have.” Another Britney excuse out the window.

Kat Von D and Hayden Panettiere were excited to see Britney Spears perform. Just before the start to the MTV VMAs, Kat and Hayden were paid a visit by Buzznet - and the interview videos are online!

Kat Von D said of Britney’s comeback performance before the show: “I’m so excited about it!”

“I think it’s gonna be so good and I’m glad that I can be here to see that comeback”

The interviewer also asked Kat which on of her tattoos was her favorite. Kat said the tattoo of the stars on her face is her favorite tattoo because she’s a big motley crue fan and ‘Starry Eyes’ is one of her favorite songs.

Kat also said the most painful tattoo she got was “where your leg meets your ass”.

Hayden Panettiere said of Britney’s comeback performance before the show: “I’m excited to see her.”

“I used to watch her all the time when I was younger.”

“She’s an incredible performer.”

I wonder if they felt the same way AFTER Brit’s performance.
